Returns from within the EU are always FREE. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from IKARIA GREENS, you can return eligible items for a full refund within 90 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Contact us if you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
We offer convenient return options.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we approve the return. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, please allow 2–10 business days for the credit to post.
Eligible items can be exchanged instead of returned for a refund. Products eligible for exchange will be noted in your IKARIA GREENS Shipping and Returns section, along with instructions and terms. Contact us to initiate an exchange.
IKARIA GREENS ships throughout the EU and to European territories. Free shipping eligibility does not affect delivery times. We aim to dispatch items within 48 hours of your order. Delivery options are available at checkout. Note that some items, may not qualify for expedited shipping. Delivery times are subject to order cut-off times and carrier delays.
